Located right on the ocean, on the south side of the Tres Palmas Marine Preserve, people have been enjoying the sunsets from the Black Eagle deck since the 1970’s.
The management team of Casa Isleña Restaurant (also known as The Tapas Bar), proudly took over the the historic Black Eagle Restaurant in November 2012, rechristening it “La Copa Llena” and expanding the menu while maintaining the strict standards of quality that the local community and returning tourists had come to expect from our culinary team.
In 2015 Chef Brian Raff took over the kitchen, carrying over many of the favorites, while adding from his own repertoire and signature dishes. He has been greatly influenced by his French grandmother, which shows throughout his traditional, yet modern style.
We are known for our excellent food, service and atmosphere. We use local ingredients whenever possible and practical, and we take great pride in the quality of our dishes. The combination of our cuisine and the view of the waves, whales, and sunsets provides a singular Rincon dining experience.
